Your Marketing Manager 
An experienced marketing manager from the RBC team will hold an initial meeting with you to understand your company and your target market. They will also discuss your business and marketing goals and agree your objectives for your marketing plan.  
Your Dedicated Account Manager 
An account manager will be assigned to your business, and will work exclusively with you. They will be responsible for delivering the marketing plan for your business, and will involve other members of our team as required. 
Market research 
We will carry out an in-depth study of your market, your customers and competitors. We will also gain a deep understanding of your products, services, and USP (unique selling proposition).  
Strategy and planning 
After developing a thorough understand of your business, your market and your marketing goals, we will produce a marketing strategy and a marketing plan to achieve your marketing objectives.. This will outline the specific steps that need to be taken to achieve the agreed objectives, and will include the tactics, techniques, and channels we will use to reach target audiences. These could include Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.  
With the marketing plan in place, your account manager will be responsible for implementing the plan and tracking results to ensure that the agreed objectives are being achieved.  
We will provide you with monthly reports so that you can monitor the success of your campaign. Your marketing manager will also hold a monthly video meeting with you to discuss the report and make adjustments to the marketing plan if needed. 
Quarterly reviews 
Once a quarter, your marketing manager will meet in person with your team to review and discuss the progress of your marketing campaign. They will also provide creative ideas and strategies for optimising the results of your campaign.
