Members of the RBC Marketing team will hold a Discovery Meeting with your team so they can gain a deep understanding of your company, and your business and marketing goals. They will then develop a marketing strategy and a marketing plan for your business.
We will carry out an in-depth study of your market, your customers, and competitors. We will also gain a deep understanding of your products, services, and USP (unique selling proposition).
Strategy and planning
After developing a thorough understand of your business, your market, and your marketing goals, we will produce a marketing strategy and a plan to reach your target audience. This could include Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Presenting your marketing strategy to you
Once the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plans have been designed, we will meet again to go through them together. Our team will make any required changes until we have a strategy and plan that all parties agree with.
With your marketing strategy and marketing plan completed and agreed, a member or our team will hold a Handover Meeting with your team. The purpose of this meeting is to make sure your team understand what actions are required to execute the marketing plan, and to answer any questions they may have.
Ongoing reviews and support
There is also an option for us to meet with you on a quarterly basis to review your progress against your marketing goals, suggest adjustments to the marketing plan if required, and provide creative ideas and strategies for optimising the results of your campaign.
